Happy Logistics is a cross-platform delivery platform designed to rival services like UberEats. Built for both mobile (iOS & Android) and web, the system allows businesses to manage local deliveries through a powerful suite of logistics tools. Companies can assign multiple drivers, optimize delivery routes, handle pickups from various locations, and track orders in real time. The platform is modular, scalable, and easily integrates with third-party services that require delivery fulfillment.
My Role
As the Lead Designer, I was responsible for the end-to-end design of both the mobile application and web dashboard. I led the product from concept through launch. Conducting research, mapping user flows, and designing wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. I created a scalable design system to ensure visual consistency across platforms and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders. My focus was on building a seamless user experience that could handle operational complexity while remaining intuitive and accessible for both businesses and drivers.
