MONTHLY DESIGN PARTNER

LESS STARTING OVER.
MORE MOVING
FORWARD.

Ongoing senior-level design support without adding another full-time hire.

For the work
that keeps going.

For founders refining a product, teams with a growing design backlog, and businesses that need consistent creative support.

Product improvements, website updates, new landing pages, design-system work, brand assets and marketing creative can all be part of the conversation.

HOW IT WORKS

Keep the context.
Build on the progress.

01 / DEFINE

Agree on the scope.

Discuss your priorities, team and expected workload. Set a monthly scope before work begins.

02 / COLLABORATE

Work directly with me.

Keep a shared view of what matters most. Shape, review and refine the work together.

03 / ADAPT

Review what’s next.

Revisit priorities as the product and business evolve, within the agreed capacity.

THE PLAN

Custom monthly scope

The scope, capacity, cadence and fee are agreed together before the engagement starts.

POTENTIAL SCOPE
  • Product and interface design
  • Website and ecommerce improvements
  • Design systems and reusable components
  • Brand and marketing assets
SEPARATELY SCOPED

Major development builds, paid media management, third-party costs and requests beyond the agreed monthly capacity.

ON WORKING TOGETHER

I’ve seen Billy take projects from messy ideas to polished, production-ready designs. He cares about the craft, owns his work, and always pushes for the best possible outcome.

BEFORE WE START

A few good questions.

What does a month cost?

There is no published fixed price. I’ll propose a scope and fee after understanding the work and expected capacity.

Can design and development be included?

Selected AI-assisted MVP and web development may fit the engagement. Larger engineering work needs a separate scope, agreed before it starts.

How many requests can I make?

We’ll agree on capacity and priorities together. This is a scoped partnership; the amount of simultaneous work and delivery cadence are set in the agreement.

What about pausing or ending the engagement?

Scheduling, notice periods and cancellation terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
