I call it the Monthly Design Partner. In practice, it's a month-to-month design retainer: one predictable monthly fee for ongoing access to my design capacity, with one active priority at a time.
You can keep as many requests as you need in the queue, but the model is built around consistent senior design support rather than promising unlimited output.
What does it cost?
$3,750 per month, billed monthly in advance. There is no long-term contract.
What does one active request mean?
You can keep multiple requests in the queue, but I actively focus on one priority at a time. When it is delivered or reaches a point where I need your feedback, I can move to the next.
How quickly will I receive work?
Most smaller requests receive a first delivery within 3–5 business days. Larger features and websites are broken into milestones so you continue seeing progress.
Can you design an entire website or application?
Yes. Larger projects are simply broken into manageable sections, features and workflows. If you have a fixed deadline or need several parts developed simultaneously, a separately scoped project may make more sense.
Do you provide development?
My primary role is product and web design. Selected front-end, website and AI-assisted MVP development may fit the engagement when it makes sense. Larger engineering builds are scoped separately.
Can you work with our existing team or design system?
Yes. I can work with your developers and existing design system, extend patterns when needed and prepare responsive states, components and documentation for handoff.
How do communication, revisions and cancellation work?
Most collaboration happens asynchronously through Figma, our shared queue and messaging, with up to two scheduled strategy or review calls each month.
Reasonable revisions are included within the active request. The engagement is month to month, so you can end before the next billing cycle and return later subject to availability.
